Full-Time Cleared Custodian Supervisor-34360

Due to continued growth, Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high security and commercial facilities, is looking for Full-Time employees to perform supervisory role in the cleaning and maintenance services for our clients throughout Northern Virginia.

Primary Job Functions:

Planned, organized, and directed the work of subordinates in assigned positions to achieve specified quality and maintain effective customer relations.

• Responsible for scheduling, training, assigning work, evaluating, and documenting employee performance.
• Maintains accurate and proper records, which include ensuring all employees clock in/out via the Tele Team System.
• Organize and supervise ongoing operations.
• Keeps all equipment clean and otherwise well-maintained.
• Maintain a working knowledge of cleaning methods set forward by Mister Kleen.
• Maintains a clean and well-organized office and supply closets.
• Complete all required paperwork and reporting pertaining to the site daily.
• Takes immediate action on client complaints, reporting problems to the Area Manager.
• Reallocate personnel as required to cover for absenteeism. Wear/use all safety equipment provided by Mister Kleen.
• Attend all training required by Mister Kleen.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Area Manager.

Qualifications and Training:

• Previous supervisory experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of cleaning products and services
• Be able to work with and around chemicals and dust.
• Must have the ability to work with other employees and to take directions from Area.
• Two or more years of equivalent experience preferred.

Physical demands may include the following on a regular basis:

• Walking and standing Climbing
• Bending forward, Wearing hip/backpack vacuum
• Reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling
• Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder
