Mister Kleen is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Full-Time Bilingual Human Resources Administrator/Recruiter to drive our recruitment efforts and support daily HR operations at our Alexandria, VA headquarters. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts—from crafting compelling job postings to sourcing top talent, screening candidates, and coordinating smooth onboarding experiences.
  • Handle core HR operations including payroll, benefits, and leave management with accuracy and care.
  • Serve as front-line expert for employees and managers seeking guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support and participate in sensitive employee relations matters, including disciplinary meetings, terminations, and internal investigations, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality at every step.
  • Act as the primary liaison for Spanish-speaking employees, fostering clear communication and inclusive support across all HR functions.
  • Enter and maintain accurate payroll and employee data, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and seamless HRIS integration.
  • Safeguard the integrity of our HRIS system, running regular audits and generating actionable reports for leadership.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive employee records and handle employment verifications in a timely and professional manner.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in both languages.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in human resources and recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with iCIMS is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with solid skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills—you thrive when juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work onsite at our Alexandria headquarters; standard hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
